RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has client that is looking for a CFO in Waukesha, WI. Responsibilities:

• Banking: Bank loans; Process wires and communicate with vendors accordingly; LOC & LOC analysis; Ad hoc analysis
• HR: Benefit plan design; New hire offer letters; Payroll; Employee handbook; Form 1099 reporting; Quarterly commission
• Accounting & Financial: Full Cycle month end close; Tax returns; Ad hoc financial analysis; Business Strategy; Manage cash; A/R Collections & Credit Analysis; Prepare Monthly Internal Consolidated Financials
• Legal: Work with General Counsel; Draft agreements; Review contracts; Corporate Insurance
• Program design nationwide:
• Corporate Governance: Manage

REQUIREMENTS:

• 15+ years of accounting experience; 5+ years of current controllership or CFO experience
• 5+ years of management and leadership experience
• NetSuite Experience is preferred
• Prior public accounting experience is preferred
• Must be willing to be hands on
• Must be an effective communicator
