Job Info

Your flight instruction position should be working for you.

Fight instruction requires an energized and goal-oriented individual with great attention to detail. The flight school you choose should recognize your value. It should support a culture that helps you achieve your personal aviation goals as you help their students achieve the same.

The Marshall University Bill Noe Flight School embraces this culture.

Bill Noe, a former Marshall University Hall of Fame swimmer, pilot, and accomplished business executive, has enjoyed an immensely successful career in aviation. Starting as a flight instructor, Noe worked his way up to become the chief operating officer of NetJets North America. He currently serves as the Executive Aviation Specialist for Marshall's new aviation programs, volunteering his time to advise on all major decisions and supporting a staff of professionals trained and ready to lead the next generation of aviation professionals.

We are expanding our team of certified flight instructors for our Commercial Pilot Bachelor of Science degree. Our program supports a fleet of Cirrus SR20 and Piper Seminole along with state-of-the-art simulation and facilities to provide the highest quality flight instruction for our growing student body. Our training facility is located in Charleston, the capital of West Virginia. Charleston has a wide array of attractions for individuals and their families and provides a unique setting for flight training and further developing your pilot skills.

We hire those who will lead our students to aviation excellence while our industry experts work with you to craft an employment opportunity that meets your own aviation goals.

We offer robust compensation packages, which include:

*    competitive salary structures

*    health, dental, and life insurance

*    contributions to employee TIAA retirement plans

*    tuition benefits to employees and their dependent children

*    paid annual and sick leave

*    and a host of other employee benefits

 Moreover, we also offer opportunities that support the continued growth of your own career goals, including:
