Position Details

The Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) program offers support to children and adults who have both a serious mental illness and a developmental disability. Participants receive counseling, physical healthcare, support finding housing, assistance during crises, and help dealing with other issues in their daily lives.

The Case Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, and skill transferring recovery treatment and support plans for adults and youth with an Intellectual Developmental Disability and mental health diagnosis. The Recovery Coordinator provides intensive therapeutic services in all types of settings, including but not limited to community living arrangements, schools, community settings, natural support residents, etc. The Recovery Coordinator, in collaboration with other members of the treatment team, implements and transfers skills identified in the recovery treatment and support plan that utilizes a person-centered approach.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or another human service-related field

• Three years' experience in a mental health and/or developmental disability setting

Preferred:

• at least one year of experience in a mental health setting and one year working in a developmental disability setting.
