We will count on you to:

The Campus Recruiter is responsible for the ongoing development and execution of the campus recruitment strategy for the organization. Responsible for managing the recruitment selection process for new staff at a graduate or undergraduate level. Accountable for managing all campus recruitment programs including MMA's annual internship program and maintaining campus relations with key external and academic stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with business leaders and campus contacts to develop and manage the college recruiting strategy within the assigned geography, including determining hiring needs, identifying targeted schools, and building a recruiting strategy for each campus; embeds a diversity plan in the overall strategy.
  • Managing relationships with designated partner schools by scheduling and coordinating all recruiting events and marketing of MMA entry-level opportunities; develops and maintains relationships with university career centers, faculty and student organizations. Partners with internal MMA Marketing Communications team to assist in the creation of campus recruitment marketing materials and ensure campus messaging aligns with the MMA brand.
  • Developing and executing a campus-specific Diversity & Inclusion recruiting strategy including partnerships with diverse student organizations to establish an ongoing pipeline of diverse campus talent.
  • Managing the summer intern program for assigned geography; develops relationship with interns, ensuring a high touch experience during the summer and follow-up during the fall. Schedules, plans, and coordinates the Annual Intern Open House event.
  • Facilitating selection process for open requisitions within designated offices, to include posting, sourcing, pre-screening, phone interviews, interview debriefs and candidate assessments. Presenting hiring managers and business leaders with accurate assessment of candidates recommended for further evaluation.
  • Telling the story of MMA - who we are, what we do, and what we are building and continually promote our opportunities.

What you need to have:
  • Passion for identifying the best campus-level talent to join the MMA team, and for building great things
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Extensive online and in-person networking experience
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
  • Excellent project management, analytical, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with candidates via telephone or written communication

What makes you stand out:
  • 3+ years' experience in either entry-level recruiting or university/campus recruiting
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Knowledge of HR practices and principles, and all applicable employment, labor, wage laws, and EEO regulations
