C3/SOC Customer Service Alarm Agent- Nights

This is a Non-Exempt position starting at $17.85 an hour

The C3/SOC Customer Service Alarm Agents process incoming signals in adherence to policy and follow designated procedures. Alarm Monitoring Agents will respond and communicate with Interface's customers in a positive and pleasant manner.

Training is provided!

C3/SOC Customer Service Alarm Agent-Nights:

  • Process incoming alarm signals, for example- burglary or fire alarms
  • Dispatch proper authorities and notify responsible parties
  • Run and complete shift reports
  • Communicate with previous shift and handle what needs to be done
  • Answer phones
  • Follow up with customers on problems
  • Control nuisance and/or faulty equipment by issuing service tickets
  • Log all shift activity
  • Train new employees
  • Other duties as assigned by Management
  • Work night shift 5:00 PM CST- 01:30 AM CST or 6:00 PM- 6:00AM

Job Requirements

C3/SOC CUSTOMER SERVICE ALARM AGENT QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous Customer Service Experience a plus!
SKILLS and ABILITIES
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with customers over the phone in all manner of conditions
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to work some holidays
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Computer skills
