RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Clayton, MO that is seeking a Buyer. This person will be reviewing requests for purchase orders to ensure that all the documents are in place before the approval of the documents, and note any missing documents and communicate through PO comments to the requestor. The Buyer will be paired up with a current team member the first couple of weeks to conduct shadowing and training. Even though this team is spread out across the country, there is a strong collaborative friendly environment - they are willing to help one another.REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma/GED required
- College degree preferred
- Previous experience working as a Purchasing Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- Strong communication skills must be outlined on resume and shows demonstration
- Attention to detail is a must
- Able to be business professional but also be able to correct documentation and ensure that any missing information is communicated to the correct party and corrected
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Coupa experience
- ServiceNow experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
