This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness at all guest dining tables and areas. This position assists servers by setting up tables for service, pre-busing tables, and responding to basic guest requests. This position also keeps all service stands clean and stocked.

We’re looking for:
- Clears, cleans and sets up tables for the next guest in a prompt manner.
- Empties trash receptacles and dish tubs as needed.
- Maintains cleanliness of all areas of dining rooms and patios, including guest tables, floors, service areas and stations, drink stations, and seating areas.
- Assists servers with the service of food and drink items; responds to guest request for utensils, napkins and condiments.
- Maintains inventory and organization of product at all service stands.
- Cleans, sets up and breaks down dining room.
- Provides guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
- Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.

You’ll Make a Difference:
- Food Handler's Card as applicable by state or provincial law.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
- Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
