Job Title : Business Systems Analyst Lead

Location: Columbus, OH/Minneapolis, MN (3 days Onsite, 2 days Remote)

Contract: Open for W2 Contract only

Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst Lead works with business partners within one or more business unit to align technology solutions with business strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of a business area in the context of the business client's unit to identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically assist and support.
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business.
• Serve as a project team member or team lead. Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis and documentation of future scope and business requirements.
• Align IT resources and processes to meet the client organization's needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions.
• Act as a liaison between vendors and business users along with other IT teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a Business Analyst role performing the listed responsibilities, including experience with the following artifacts: assisting in creation of scope documents, eliciting, and documenting functional/non-functional requirements and use cases, and producing process flows using Visio.
• Demonstrable technical skills including data integrations, data flow through systems, data mapping and ability to learn technology.
• Experience with Cloud ERP Solutions and SAAS Cloud applications.
• Experience with Financial applications including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and cost allocations.
• Strong organization, written and oral communication skills.
• Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements with ability to ask relevant questions to drill into the details.
• Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion.
• Ability to operate in both SDLC and Agile Scrum methodologies.
