They specialize in renovating and adapting existing properties, including multifamily and commercial real estate projects, and their focus is construction with a developer's perspective. They also take on new construction projects within ground-up developments.

Your new role

With existing clients and a focus on multifamily and commercial work, our client is poised for growth. They are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager with a proven successful track record within the commercial and multifamily sectors to continue generating new business opportunities.

You will be experienced at building new client relationships and actively prospecting new leads to expand market opportunities. You will also have a proven sales track record in the construction industry.

What you'll need to succeed

Understand the construction landscape, including project types, regulations, and industry trends. Knowledge of commercial and multifamily construction processes is essential.

Bachelor's Degree required.

Understand project budgets, cost estimation, and financial feasibility.

Collaborate with estimators, subcontractors, and decision-makers.

Assisted with bid preparation and management.

Experienced in cultivating strong relationships with architects, developers, and decision-makers.

Experienced in Identifying gaps and growth areas in the construction market.

Take the initiative to explore new markets and growth avenues.

What you'll get in return

Competitive salary range from $80,000 to $120,000 neg on level of experience
