Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work within the Product team on our Investor Management solution. You'll work closely with the Product Owner and Engineering team to derive detailed requirements from initial ideas in the form of User Stories and tasks. You will concentrate on our CRM capabilities as a Dynamics 365 subject-matter expert, but also be exposed to varied projects across multiple product areas.

Responsibilities

  • Act as subject matter expert for Allvue's CRM solution
  • Elaborate high-level requirements and break them down into user stories and tasks including acceptance criteria
  • Participate in daily scrums, refinement, planning, triage, and review sessions
  • Overseeing development of stories including testing and review
  • Produce functional, technical, and user documentation
  • Produce wireframes and diagrammatic representations of process and data flows
Requirements

  • Detailed knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (on-premise)
  • 5+ years in a Business Analyst role or similar (this will include working with system users to elicit requirements, producing high-quality functional & technical specifications and driving detailed discussions around client needs)
  • Proven experience creating requirements and managing development
  • Proven experience producing business and technical documentation
  • The ability to communicate efficiently and professionally
  • The ability to work independently and own projects
  • The ability to turn vague requirements into a concrete set of tasks
  • A basic understanding of the private investment space
  • Familiarity with Jira
Education/Certifications

Higher education / Degree or relevant technical certifications (preferred)
