RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Business Analyst.Principal Responsibilities:

• The Business Analyst performs daily root cause analysis of systematic process completion and articulates any identified issues that require assistance in resolving
• Monitors daily transaction completing, error task assignment/verification and report generation completion
• As a Business Analyst, this role assists with defining and executing test cases for code and product changes pending implementation
• Performs daily reporting and processing of ACH payment returns
• Completes daily reporting and processing of credit/debit card chargebacks and retrievals
• Research transactional data to identify anomalies and facilitate process improvement efforts
• The Business Analyst will develop and maintain an escheatment process for undelivered refunds to insurance customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant years of experience considered
• Experience with use case development and testing coordination
• Knowledge of process analysis and process efficiencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
