<b>Job Description:</b><br><br> Looking for a Sr Business Analyst to serve as a vital link between our information technology capacity and business objectives <br><br>The successful candidate should support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product's features.<br><br>- **Gather and Analyze Requirements**: Work closely with stakeholders to understand the business needs and gather detailed requirements This could involve conducting interviews, workshops, or focus groups.<br>- **Requirement Documentation**: Document the requirements in a clear, concise manner, typically using user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile context Ensure that these documents are accessible and understandable to both business stakeholders and technical team members.<br>- **Act as a Liaison**: Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders (including end-users) and the development team, ensuring a clear understanding of business objectives and how they translate into technical requirements.<br>- **Translate Business Needs**: Translate business requirements into technical language for the development team, ensuring that the nuances of financial transaction processing are accurately captured.<br>- **Define Acceptance Criteria**: Work with stakeholders and the development team to define clear acceptance criteria for each user story, ensuring that the developed features meet business needs.<br>- **Support Quality Assurance**: Assist in the creation of test plans and test cases, and participate in testing activities to validate that the features developed meet the acceptance criteria Liaise with the QA team to ensure thorough testing of financial transactions.<br><br><b>Requirement:</b><br><br>- **Understand Technical Frameworks**: Have a good understanding of the Java ecosystem, Spring Boot<br><br>Business Analyst<br>Business Objects<br>Business Systems Analysis<br>SQL Query<br>#PandoPandoLogic.
