LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a MD 3rd Class Operating Engineer to support its contract to provide facility operations and maintenance located at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Silver Spring, MD. Monday through Friday / 11:00am-8:00pm shift.

• Qualified candidates must possess and maintain a required MD 3rd Class Stationary Engineer License.
• Must have a minimum of six (4) years of experience and working knowledge of Central Plant Equipment (chillers, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers), HVAC systems, building automation systems and facility maintenance.
• Must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial mechanical systems.

Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D equivalent required.
