Bold Group, a division of EverCommerce, is seeking a Manager of Learning Management and Enablement. This position interacts with all levels of the organization and locations, as required, to ensure a robust learning and training program is developed for our employees, customers and partners. Furthermore, the role entails the comprehensive development of a business model for our online learning platformBoldU(LMS)and for the development of our Salesforce Knowledge Base.

Asthe Manager of Learning Management and Enablementyou will be tasked with leading the day-to-day operation of the training department to educate our clients, partners,and employees. You will be responsible for setting a training schedule and keeping up with multiple projects concurrently. You will be the key contact in providing and crafting updated client-facing training materials. Furthermore, you will be accountable for successful software onboarding activities.You also will be responsible to plan and promote the daily schedule of employees and the business, interview, hire,create,and maintain budgets, and coordinate required personnel activities with the head ofProfessional Services.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with offices in more than 40 locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working across time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States, though we have a preference for Colorado or Ohio for this position. If you are close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies business-specific learning and development customer's needs; develops and implements strategic initiatives and solutions to create, lead and grow a world-class learning and development program for our customers.
  • Establishes operational and performance metrics of Bold Group training programs to measure and support learning and development initiatives and programs for Bold Groupemployees and customers;drives priorities and measures outcomes and efficacy.
  • Implement and further enhanceSalesforce Knowledge base for internal and external learning and customer support.
  • Develops and drivesBoldUbusiness development model, curricula and provides awareness and support to BoldGroupemployees and customers.
  • Develops material for internal and external software training and ensures flawless execution to enhance customer relationships.
  • Lead and execute trainingBoldUprograms using a blended learning approach based on customer's experience and knowledge.
  • Utilize theBoldULearning management system (LMS) to store and manage training and other related material.
  • Maintain and further enhanceBoldUE-Learning Program.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding training programs forBoldUnew customers.
  • Act as first line of support for trainers.
  • Ability to establish credibility with clients based on industry, product, and technologyknowledge.
  • Successfully implement learning theories & models and Instructional Design Theories in the e-learning content for clients.
  • Develop and inspire training department individuals (3+ FTEs and contractors).

Must Haves:
  • PreferredMaster's degree and at least 10years of experience incorporate client facing Learning & Development, Customer service, Corporate Education or related field.
  • This position requires leadership skills for small groups inclusive of leading the creation of a new function and initiatives that are organizationalwide.
  • Collaboration skills including the ability to integrate and act upon the diverse perspectives and sometimes conflicting perspectives of business leaders, and externalcustomers.
  • Ability to consult with internal and external customers, identify root causes, and suggest trainingsolutions.
  • Project management skills and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and/orprojects
  • Comfortable working within all levels for the organization.
  • Skilled in using/implementing technology (e.g.experience in LMS system, learning management solutions and e-learning).
  • Knowledge of Business Management software and/or Alarm Automation Software is a plus.
  • Proven ability to establish credibility with clients based on industry, product, and technologyknowledge.

Compensation

The target compensation for this position is $110-130K per year in Denver and most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
