Data Analyst will build a database that would be one stop location for all documentation including test results and reports. The analyst will have a high level of cross-functional engagement to understand the needs and be able to build a brand-new database around the gaps and needs of Biocompatibility team and Meta. Data Analyst will have a good understanding of key material specific documentation (MSDS, TDS etc.), biocompatibility test/review documentation, has the ability to compile and build a database that would be one stop location for all documentation including test results and reports. The analyst will partner with biocompatibility team, cross functional teams and vendors to obtain required material, component and finished unit specific documentation towards building the database. Biocompatibility Analyst is expected to have a good understanding of connecting different systems and documentation types into one centralized searchable location through programming or commercially available systems.

Biocompatibility Data Analyst Responsibilities:

• Architect, maintain and manage biocompatibility database system
• Trouble shoot any issues that may arise, oversee installation and security of the database
• Ensure data quality and integrity is maintained within the database and present performance/usage report to management
• Engage with cross functional partners, biocompatibility scientists and program managers, third party test labs and suppliers to help build processes and robust database systems
• Manage, organize and maintain large volumes of documentation for multiple/complex projects in a one-stop searchable database
• Manage and track analytical test results, biocompatibility assessment reports and safety data sheets and setup a database system to track and search efficiently
• Work with existing systems to pull data from different systems and work within a fast-paced environment
• Partner with cross functional team members and suppliers to obtain documentation required and build a company-wide accessible data storage system
• Clear and effective communication with cross functional team and leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS in Chemistry, Biomedical science, Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in project management/database management in a corporate setting
• Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully and experience prioritizing issues/projects effectively
• Basic programming skills, and understanding of different workflow, FMD systems, Agile, data storage systems and biocompatibility review process
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative, cross functional environment
• Communication skills. Experience presenting clearly to technical and non-technical audience
• Be a team player. Analytical skills and experience thinking outside of the box

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building database hosting large data
