Job Title: Billing Specialist

Job Summary: Assist with all areas in Billing Department. Make sure that deadlines are met and work is completed in a timely fashion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide billing support for Chicago, South Bend, and Kalamazoo Service Groups.
  • Interact daily with Service Coordinators to determine required projects for invoicing.
  • Utilize AS400 for billing.
  • Maintain accurate data practices for all invoicing.
  • Interact with Service Groups as needed to provide support as needed.
  • Knowledge of general accounting practices and procedures a plus.
  • Other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Finance and/or Business or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with AS400 a plus
  • T&M billing experience a plus
  • AIA billing experience a plus
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work with diverse group of construction personnel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Dependability, strong work ethic
