Bead Blast Machine Operator, Semiconductor Manufacturing

Immediate opening for an experience bead blast machine operator.

You will set up the bead blast jobs load and run the blaster to clean, finish and prepare the surface of manufactured parts. Inspect finished parts for contaminants ensuring a uniform texture and specified measurements.

An experienced candidate should have knowledge in using measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.

Duties will include:

Masking - preparing prats prior to blasting

Loading - Load parts into the enclosed cabinets and rotate for thorough cleaning.

Regulating equipment: Manage the valves on the equipment to regulate the pressure and composition of the abrasive mixture flowing through the nozzles and tumblers.

Quality Control

Follow Good Documentation Practices

Chemical Etching experience is also preferred.

Requirements

Highschool Diploma or equivalent

2+ years of Bead Blasting experience

2+ years of machine operating experience

Math and measurement skills
