Stellantis's Software Organization (SWx) was established to build the most captivating experiences in the latest frontiers of Automotive Technology. As part of that foundation we are investing to rapidly grow our capabilities within the field of Automated Driving. We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to pull together the cross-functional team and develop/detail the processes that are necessary to enable the team to work in an aligned way towards achieving our goals.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a high-energy environment with multiple disciplines (SW, HW, HMI, QA, Validation, etc.) to create & deploy process solutions, evaluate processes and work products of development teams, and lead/support co-assessments to optimize internal procedures/workflows. The ideal candidate is one who has a well developed, collaborative, problem solving work ethic, that enjoys making things happen.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep understanding of Stellantis development policies, procedures, concepts, practices, and tools- Work with Cross Functional leadership teams to develop and maintain process assets in-line with internal and Industry standards such as ASPICE, Functional Safety, etc. by:
  • Lead Process Working Group
  • Facilitate recurring working group touchpoints with both internal and external teams
  • Create proposals for aligned process descriptions, process flows, work instruction, templates, guidelines, role descriptions and support ASPICE-relevant process areas.
  • Define process objectives/KPIs- Piloting/training of the defined processes
  • Performing gap analysis/consistency check against the quality objectives/KPIs.
  • Assist working groups in the development of action plans to close identified gaps in process/consistency of delivery to objectives/KPIs
  • Maintain a timeline for and deliver status reports on the progress of the gap improvement plan (hold a weekly report out of the progress of each team towards closing the open points), including the items at risk.
  • Maintain associated documentation repositories (e.g. Confluence, Wiki, etc.) enabling team wide access to all relevant process documentation
  • Participate in ASPICE audits/assessments
  • Report observations/problems clearly and concisely, recognizing and highlighting specific deviations and presenting possible solutions
