Stellantis's Software Organization (SWx) was established to build the most captivating experiences in the latest frontiers of Automotive Technology. As part of that foundation we are investing to rapidly grow our capabilities within the field of Automated Driving. We are seeking individuals specializing in ASPICE software quality process development.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a high-energy environment with multiple disciplines (SW, HW, Systems, QA, etc.) to create & deploy process solutions, evaluate processes and work products of development teams, and lead/support co-assessments. The ideal candidate is one who has a well developed automotive systems engineering background inclusive of embedded and model based software application deployments.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep understanding of Stellantis development policies, procedures, concepts, practices, and tools
  • Work with Cross Functional leadership teams to develop and maintain process assets in-line with internal and Industry standards such as ASPICE, Functional Safety, etc.
  • Lead Technical Working Groups
  • Create proposals for aligned process descriptions, process flows, work instruction, templates, guidelines, and role descriptions for ASPICE-relevant process areas.
  • Define the quality assurance strategy and documenting how the projects will demonstrate the achievement of quality objectives/KPIs- Piloting/training of the defined processes
  • Performing gap analysis/consistency check against the quality objectives/KPIs.
  • Assist working groups in the development of an action plan to close identified gaps in process/consistency of delivery to objectives/KPIs- Maintain a timeline for and deliver status reports on the progress of the gap improvement plan (hold a weekly report out of the progress of each team towards closing the open points), including the items at risk.
  • Prepare development teams for ASPICE assessments; participate in audits/assessments
  • Perform internal audits/evaluations; help assure quality of work products and process activities for software development projects.
  • Report observations/problems clearly and concisely, recognizing and highlighting specific deviations and presenting possible solutions
  • Develop and implement ASPICE process workflows/best practices/lessons learned
