Description: Our client is currently seeking a Associate Tech Support Analyst.
You will be working on:
- Access Lifecycle Management
- Hardware Deployment/Recovery
- Phone and Desk-side IT Support
- Inventory and organization.
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?
1. Call Center IT support and problem resolution
2. Hardware Deployment/Setup/Recovery
3. Desk-side IT support and problem resolution.
4. System imaging and configuration.
5. ITS Projects
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of basic IT communications.
- Familiar with Cisco Phones.
What skills/attributes are a must have?
- Good Communication;
- Solid Customer Service.
What skills/attributes are nice to have?
- Ability to Multi-task many assignments
