Location: Irvine, CA
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Associate Tech Support Analyst.

You will be working on:

  • Access Lifecycle Management
  • Hardware Deployment/Recovery
  • Phone and Desk-side IT Support
  • Inventory and organization.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?

1. Call Center IT support and problem resolution

2. Hardware Deployment/Setup/Recovery

3. Desk-side IT support and problem resolution.

4. System imaging and configuration.

5. ITS Projects

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of basic IT communications.
  • Familiar with Cisco Phones.

What skills/attributes are a must have?

  • Good Communication;
  • Organized,
  • Dependability,
  • Solid Customer Service.

What skills/attributes are nice to have?

  • Ability to Multi-task many assignments

What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc)

  • 9am-6pm
