Associate Reliability Engineer

As our new Associate Reliability Engineer, you will:

  • Lead the design of robust improvement activities on future or current products.
  • Design and implement reliability tests with a key focus on electro-mechanical systems and sub-systems.
  • Assist engineering to embed reliability requirements in product specifications.
  • Design and build appropriate test fixtures, control systems, and data acquisition.
  • Collaborate with design teams to analyze and resolve any issues arising from reliability testing.
  • Perform statistical analysis of product reliability from reliability test results and shares with peers.
  • Create/assist with Reliability Engineering standards and process documentation.
  • Operate/maintain capital resources such as HALT, environmental and thermal stress chambers.
  • Provide project direction and hands on assistance to Reliability lab associates as appropriate.
Who you are and the experience you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent bachelor's degree with 0-3 years' experience.
  • 3D CAD software experience (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Understanding of statistics, quality tools and analysis methods.
  • Experience in effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
Preferred experience that differentiates you:
  • Electronics and software skillset including programming and micro controller proficiency.
  • Big data set proficiency/analytics (2M-10M record size).
  • Some knowledge of embedded software/firmware.
  • Understanding of the basics of hardware/software design for reliability.
Location: Hanover, NH.

Travel: 10%
