Description:
Judge Healthcare is seeking a Medical Receptionist for an opening with one of our top clients in the Kissimmee, FL area ASAP!

Position Details:

Title: Medical Receptionist - Patient Care Coordinator

Location: Kissimmee, FL 34731

Type of engagement: Contract

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5:00pm

Specific Duties:

• Accurately and professionally handling all front desk operations including answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling of all appointments, balancing daily collections, addressing routine inquiries, and forwarding non-routine requests to appropriate personnel
• Assists with the inventory and maintenance of business office supplies and the completion of business office reports
• Works daily reports, incomplete encounters, No Show reports, and other designated administrative reports according to office procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned
  

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 1+ years of medical office experience
• 1+ years of experience exhibiting behavioral and communication skills that demonstrate commitment to superior customer service
