The Experience:

The Amazon Customer Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Amazon Colgate Palmolive team on different aspects of the business. This will include, understanding Amazon's website requirements and the Amazon Vendor Central & other tools, and ensuring that Colgate Palmolive has superior product presence and is well placed to grow business, ahead of the category & market. This person's responsibility will range from managing the Amazon's business fundamentals like managing the Colgate Palmolive catalog, uploading product content, conducting weekly or more frequent audits and making corrections as needed in a timely fashion. In addition, this person will support the team in managing the potential 3rd Party/hybrid seller model on Amazon and work closely with the external agency for the same.

Who are you?

1.Manage different Amazon tools and ensure all business fundamentals are well in place, including managing Amazon catalog with Customer Development Team: On a regular basis, review & correct Amazon CP product catalog to ensure all elements are accurate & nothing has been replaced or eliminated.

2. Conduct weekly or more frequent audits of Amazon website using auditing tools (Internal & external), Amazon Vendor Central and website review to identify gaps & take corrective actions to ensure product images, content, descriptions etc. are accurate. When opportunities cannot be fixed directly, provide the information to Customer Development Manager so they can address with customer.

3. Accurately and in a timely manner upload, monitor and optimize CP content on Amazon website including product images, descriptions, bullet points, tagging, ingredients, videos and other product detail page content from eToolkits&/or Prodigi. Understand Amazon's website requirements.

4. Support the team on handling the 3rd Party business and work closely with the external agency for the same.

5. Data analytics & reporting, identifying key issues, challenges & opportunities and will be empowered to take corrective actions.

6. Ensure new products are implemented correctly and on time with Amazon.

7. Track CP ASINs on Amazon to more accurately predict when they may be at risk of discontinuation by Amazon: eg ineligibility for search or Subscribe & Save. Share with CDT to develop & implement actions.

8. Supervise Buy Box for priority SKUs & identify when CP is losing with recommendations on how to improve 9. Analyze our of stock issues and see opportunities to improve.

9.Support Amazon CDT in preparing Amazon business reviews and ongoing business updates, including status of brand pages, product reviews and highlighting content opportunities for the retailers websites.

10. Set up monthly promotions and other activities using Amazon tools.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree - required
  • 3-5 years of work experience - preferred
  • Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central - required
  • Prior Amazon experience - preferred
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing and eCommerce is a plus
  • Comfortable with managing in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency including high-level knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word required Other:
  • Analytical skills, able to understand the business and develop reporting to support decision making
  • Proactive, takes initiatives to anticipate and resolve issues
  • Digitally savvy and curious, understands the dynamics of eCommerce
  • Ability to understand systems and IT
