CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT SALES ASSOCIATE

The Associate Customer Business Partner:

  • Acts as the Salesperson responsible for partnering with a specific retailer, to create and execute strategies that deliver K-C brand and category growth
  • Engage cross functional partners in Finance, Supply Chain, Category Management, Shopper Insights and Shopper Marketing to create joint business plans
  • Is tasked with achieving annual sales, profit and share targets
  • Is responsible for forecasting base and promotional shipment volume for designated categories
  • Demonstrates Analytical and Category Management capabilities
  • Understands and leads the execution of the annual business planning process including knowledge of the brand vision and strategy, aligning to the retailer strategy
  • Executes routine business reviews and sales performance analysis
  • Acts as an active participant in the performance management process including feedback and coaching for top tier performance

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, demonstrate a natural curiosity to lead while analyzing data to derive insights and recommendations. The candidate will be excited about the opportunity to live and work in multiple U.S. cities and build a career toward future sales leadership.

Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

  • Solid knowledge of PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a preference in business

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Leadership experience during college years

  • Ability to relocate within the organization

  • Valid driver's license is required

  • Proven analytical skills
