Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Lead for our Veeva Center of Excellence (COE) to be responsible for implementing and managing our Veeva solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Veeva products (Vaults, CRM, Align) and best practices, as well as a track record of successfully leading a team of technical experts. The Global Veeva COE Lead will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Veeva solutions, maintaining ongoing operations, and continuously improving our Veeva capabilities.

Responsibilities

Additional representative responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:

  • Manage the incidents, service requests, and change management for the Veeva COE
  • Work with the business owners of the Veeva System to develop and enhance the systems
  • Manage the Veeva COE support vendor
  • Continuously monitor and evolve the Veeva COE to best support the audience
  • Monitor the evolving Veeva platform and work with the business to enable any beneficial & required feature(s)
  • Software/Subscription license management and ensure proper allocations across regions
  • Participate in regional budget management activities
  • Support integration of the 3rd party applications
  • Management of the Veeva COE lifecycle documentation
  • Experience in Veeva development, implementation, and management


Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science
  • At least 5 years' experience supporting Veeva Align, CRM, and PromoMats in a global environment
  • Experience implementing and supporting Veeva applications for Medical, Sales, Key Accounts in life sciences companies
  • Lead team to ensure that the deployed applications are well documented with regards to process models, application configuration, and integration to facilitate road mapping and support.
  • Experience developing and improving operational processes
  • Experience developing and managing project budgets and forecasts
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in principles and practice of Software Development Lifecycle
  • Strong customer service skills for internal and external customers
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize efforts effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to non-technical audiences, good problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across most levels of management, peers, and customers
  • Experience using ServiceNow is a plus

Up to 10% travel

Salary Range

Insmed takes into consideration a combination of candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required in the role, and external market and internal value when determining a salary level for potential new employees.
The base salary range for this job is from $135,000.00 to $188,333.00
