Summary:
The Assistant Vice President, Tax will be responsible for oversight and management of the all income tax returns and provisioning for Group 1001 and its subsidiaries, including the federal consolidated return and related state consolidated or combined returns as well as other offshore insurer returns. This role is also responsible for premium and sales and use taxes, along with policyholder related tax requirements and reporting of withholdings. This position will also be responsible for contributing to the development of the overall tax strategy, as well as developing and implementing tax planning strategies.
