Position Description:The School of Family and Consumer Sciences invites applications for one full-time tenure-track faculty position (Assistant Professor) in Nutrition. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate nutrition courses related to research design, biostatistics, nutritional epidemiology; involving undergraduate and graduate students in research related to the areas listed below; obtaining external funding and publishing in peer-reviewed journals; and participating in appropriate service activities. Food science and related research will not be considered.We seek candidates to support our undergraduate Nutrition and Food (Dietetics) and our graduate MS in Human Nutrition programs. Collectively, this position includes teaching, scholarship, and professional service. The position is subject to the availability of funds.
