Job Title: Development Program: Operations Manager

We are looking for future leaders in Operations and Maintenance! This position is a part of a program that is designed for Bachelor's level candidates who are interested in learning operations management. The program will develop you into an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead team members in repairs and preventive / predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
You will be joining a program that introduces participants that will be supported by both the local market operations team and the learning and development team. This program includes:
• Leadership skills development
• Shadowing running operational shifts
• Time with site leaders and experts in Engineering, Planners, Safety, HR
• Mentorship
Rotational experience with emphasis given to on-the-job operational training, relationship building with site C&W Services teams and leadership skill development. You will learn: Repairs and preventive / predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment primarily consisting of conveying and sorting equipment at our locations in the fast growing and dynamic logistics and fulfillment industry!
Qualifications
• Bachelors in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Supply Chain, General Business
• 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of one completed internship, co-op, or six months full-time relevant work experience related to your field of study

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $95,200.00 - $112,000.00
