Location: Woodlynne, NJ
Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $95,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Assistant Controller

This position involves collaborating with employees at various levels throughout the organization to ensure accurate financial records aligned with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Reporting directly to the Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining financial objectives, analyzing accounting data, and generating essential financial reports.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Controller in daily accounting functions
• Meet financial accounting objectives and adhere to GAAP
• Analyze accounting data and produce necessary financial reports
• Perform analysis of all general ledger accounts
• Review bank statements and daily composites
• Ensure completion of month-end closing journal entry postings
• Prepare all month-end reporting
• Analyze Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable on a weekly basis
• Complete and provide customer cost analysis
• Report sales analysis findings
• Participate in and support audits
• Support all aspects of Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables functions
• Collaborate with sales and operations on Ad Hoc Requests

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 4-5 years' experience in Financial Accounting or equivalent
• Preferred experience in Manufacturing industry
