Assistant Controller - Watertown, MA - Hybrid

Our client, a newly-public, biotherapeutics company is seeking a Assistant Controller to join their team! This position will report to the Corporate Controller and be onsite in Watertown on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - with parking available to employees!

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly financial close process in coordination with Senior Accountant
• Prepare SEC filings including Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and Form 8-K, as applicable
• Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audit with external auditors

Qualifications:

• Experience with NetSuite, Coupa or Wdesk is a plus!
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred
• 3+ years in Finance/Accounting preferred
