Assistant Controller

Our client, a biotechnology company, is seeking an Assistant Controller to join their team! This role will be a hybrid working schedule in Lexington, MA - with free parking available onsite! The Assistant Controller will be responsible for monthly and quarterly closings, external and internal reporting, financial and cost accounting support, treasury and accounts payable.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external auditors
• Prepare and file quarterly and annual filings
• Manage monthly financial close process
• Record and enter all equity transactions
• Review and advise on new or changing processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• NetSuite or Concur experience is a plus!
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
