The Assembly Worker will assemble, test, paint assemblies, repair, evaluate, and/or package manufactured products. This position could perform other tasks as assigned including operating/maintaining machinery and working on a production line.
THIS IS A SECOND-SHIFT POSITION.

Key Responsibilities
• Assemble, test, paint assemblies, repair, evaluate, and/or package.
• Reading and understanding instructions and assembling products or their parts and components
• Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.
• Moving the pieces or the products to the next stage of the manufacturing process
• Following the targets and deadlines for assembling process
• Keeping the workstations orderly and storing & maintaining the tools, parts, test equipment and documentation etc.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Key Requirements
• Assembly experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment a plus.
• Experience working in an environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, IFS or related software used for data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized and consistent.
• Works well as a productive member of a team.
• Ability to properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.
• Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing.

Education Level
High School or equivalent

Physical Requirements
• Repetitive bending, stooping, twisting, reaching.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Consistently lift 5-20 pounds (occasionally up to 50 lbs.)
• Must have manual dexterity to assemble products or machines as directed.
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Physical and Mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the
manufacturing environment.
• Must pass a pre-employee physical and drug screen.
