Meta's Enterprise Product team is responsible for building integrated, scalable, and robust enterprise applications. We are looking for an experienced, insightful, forward-thinking Application Manager with a strong ability to design and build products and solutions that power the enterprise.As a valued member of this team, you will be working with Meta Reality Labs Finance teams to provide Oracle Fusion ERP based and custom-built solutions to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of business objectives.

Application Manager, Order to Cash and Billing Responsibilities:

  • Own accounting related Oracle Fusion configurations for Order Management, Costing, Inventory, Procurement, Payables and Receivables & Subledger Accounting (SLA) modules.
  • Build process extensions in Oracle Fusion or Meta Platform to support business needs.
  • Partner with Finance teams to define end-to-end scalable business processes for new products and regional launches.
  • Influence projects road map to improve the product, user experience and business process scalability.
  • Support Accounting, Audit and Finance teams during period close and statutory compliance audits.
  • Build robust data insights across Order to Cash, Supply Chain and Accounting processes to help Finance partners to drive decision making and deliver accounting/compliance process efficiency. Write complex SQL queries and BIP reports to build data insights.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Application Managers to drive strategic initiatives in the Supply Chain, Order Management, Accounting & Finance space for Meta Reality Labs (MRL).
  • Own enterprise structure definition for long-term scalability for MRL Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance business processes.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with internal customers, enabling informed decision making.
  • Track KPIs, drive insights & build dashboards to measure results against goals.
  • Identify risks within the business function, partner with the Audit and GRC teams to document and remediate any such control risks.
  • Work with vendor product teams to influence product roadmap for product scalability.
  • Lead/Support all business readiness activities including end user training, product testing and roll-outs.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Finance or Quantitative field.
  • 5+ years experience working in Oracle Fusion or Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) Receivables and Order Management modules. Solid understanding of underlying accounting processes, impact and integrations.
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C Supply Chain, Inventory flows (forward and reverse logistics) and associated Accounting Impact.
  • At least one full cycle Fusion ERP implementation experience for Oracle to Cash, Supply Chain, and Accounting integrations.
  • Exposure to Accounting processes for Order to Cash, Costing, Procure to Pay, Transfer Pricing and Intercompany.
  • Working knowledge of Financial Modules (GL, AP and AP).
  • 2+ years of experience working with Fusion or EBS data models, BIP reports, writing SQL queries independently to perform data analysis.
  • 1+ years of experience designing applications, creating wireframes and mockups for solution proof of concept.
  • Proven communication skills to gather business requirements and articulate solutions. Experience in negotiating scope, influence solution options and outcomes and engage with business stakeholders.
  • Execution focus and experience in leveraging data to influence decision making.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Supply Chain (Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management) and Receivables modules certification.
  • Experience working in Oracle Fusion or EBS Supply Chain modules (Cost Accounting, Order Management, Procurement and Inventory) and Finance modules (GL and AP).
  • Proficient in BIP and OTBI reports.
  • Experience of working with promotional claims.
  • Experience leading a small team of contractors.
  • Good understanding of Fusion integrations using FBDI and web service calls.
  • Understanding of design, usage of web services and related standards (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).
  • Exposure to Fusion Revenue Cloud Management Service (RMCS) and Subscription Billing modules.
