The Business Analyst, Nephrology Care Alliance ("NCA"), will join a new business within DaVita focused on transforming Chronic Kidney Disease ("CKD") care and positioning nephrologists to succeed in integrated CKD and ESKD care. The successful candidate will possess the following: analytical horsepower, clear and efficient communication, strong business acumen, comfort with ambiguity, the ability to work with a cross-functional team, and solid organization and project management skills. The individual will be responsible for delivering on these primary responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead ongoing development of core customer relationship management tools such as reporting,
  • Support the development of nephrologist collaboration strategies and materials.
  • Help develop and optimize products and services.
  • Synthesize industry trends, changes in market dynamics and competitor data for NCA leadership.
  • Participate in meetings with NCA leadership, other internal teams and nephrologist partners.
  • Conduct targeted analytics using multiple data sets to inform NCA's strategy, resource allocation, and product development. Proactively create automated data delivery tools for both our internal and external stakeholders to maximize practice success.
  • Partner with the team to develop all NCA presentations, practice-facing materials and other product/service documents with the opportunity to present to NCA leadership.
  • Support NCA's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities in partnership with other cross-functional teams to drive NCA initiatives.
  • Provide analytic support on key strategic priorities, including market analysis, industry trends and product development.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree- Required
  • Strategy or business development experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint, advanced preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical, quantitative and logical thinking skills

Salary/ Wage Range

$51,400.00 to $75,500.00

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
