Role Overview:
As an intern at Itero Group, you will be instrumental in advancing AI projects and refining SharePoint infrastructure. Our environment fosters collaboration and the application of Agile methodologies, allowing you to work alongside professionals dedicated to excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with team members on AI readiness initiatives, including data analysis, modeling, and implementation tasks.
- Enhance SharePoint file structures to boost organizational efficiency and document access.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Utilize project management tools like JIRA for project tracking and management.
- Create essential project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Seize continuous learning opportunities in Business Analysis and Agile practices.

Qualifications:
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a Business or Technology related field. Graduate students or recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of AI concepts and technologies is desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with an ability to thrive in a collaborative Agile environment.
- Previous experience with project management tools like JIRA is preferred but not mandatory.
