Description: Our client is currently seeking an Agile Coach
- In addition to having a strong background in Scrum, this person will need to have experience with scale (ideally SAFe).
- Best if they have RTE training and experience. Need someone who is comfortable facilitating Big Room Planning with a large number of participants and strong personalities.
- Virtual facilitation for large groups of people.
- Strong analysis skills to analyze product structure, team compliance, agile transformation progress, impediment themes, end to end delivery in a complex environment.
- Ability to coach team level up to senior leadership level
- Strong leadership skills to guide the product and to guide scrum masters supporting the product
