Exciting New opportunity exists in our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program to combine clinical and training skills! The Clinical Recovery Specialist-Trainer position is a hybrid position that offers the opportunity to be a key member of the ACCS team by contributing to the program in a unique way. Join this multi-disciplinary team providing clinical care in the community for adults with chronic mental illness so that they can live their best lives! Our ACCS Clinicians gain comprehensive clinical experience working under experienced, independently licensed clinicians. Your Role as an Clinician/Clinical Trainer

This hybrid Clinician/Trainer position coordinates all of the development, implementation, and evaluation of the training for ACCS staff at all levels. In addition, the clinician/trainer provides clinical assessment, risk/safety planning, and treatment planning for individuals receiving ACCS services. About Aspire Health Alliance

Celebrating 100 years of service in 2026, Aspire Health Alliance (Aspire) is a private, non-profit behavioral health agency, providing services for children, teens, and adults experiencing serious emotional challenges, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. Our vision is there is no health without mental health. In July 2022, Aspire was designated as a Community Behavioral Health Center by the State of Massachusetts. Aspire has outpatient clinics across the South Shore in Braintree, Quincy, Marshfield, and Plymouth.

We have services across the continuum of care including early intervention services for infants, toddlers and their families; day treatment, intensive wrap-around services, and residential services. Bringing care to the setting where our clients most need it, we provide child and family services in the home, school, child care center, group residence and other community settings including working with area police departments. Required Skills
  • Ability to use authoring software to create online training for current LMS, Relias Learning
  • Ability to deliver trainings in an engaging, learner focused manner
  • Skill set in IT functions as it relates to live, blended, and on-line training
  • Valid driver's license. safe driving record, and access to personal vehicle to provide occasional transportation of consumers
  • Bilingual skills and/or experience with multicultural populations preferred

Required Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals with severe, persistent mental illness
  • Familiarity with principles of psychiatric recovery
  • Must demonstrate the following: Flexibility with schedule, ability to function as a team member in assessing the needs of individuals, the ability to contribute in the development of policies and procedures, creativity and resourcefulness in seeking pathways that will provide support to the program
  • Experience with supervision or training strongly preferred
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Independent licensure is required
