Job Description Summary:
Our Checkout (XO) team is seeking a highly competent Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for our Senior Leaders.

In this role you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, and be extraordinarily capable of juggling diverse responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to be a masterful problem-solver, exceptional communicator, and an organizational force.

Job Description:

Your day to day:

  • Understand business priorities, provide complex calendar management (Outlook), deliver operational excellence, and proactively anticipate and support the needs of our Senior Leaders.
  • Strategic approach to coordinating and scheduling meetings. Ensuring requests have a clearly defined purpose and time zone sensitivities considered.
  • React with appropriate urgency to requests/situations that require a quick turnaround and take effective action without having to know the whole picture.
  • Align with Senior Leaders on weekly priorities. Understand and help to execute our people and business priorities and processes.
  • Event organization and management of team on and off-sites and team building activities.
  • Manage expenses and travel arrangements (domestic & international).
  • Process system approvals in a timely manner.
  • Foster strong relationships and trust with Executive Assistants, BusinessOperationsand key business partners across PayPal.

What do you need to bring:
  • 8+ years' experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word,and Excel. Slack based culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and prioritize leaders' calendar based on rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Strong calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership over sometimes ambiguous tasks and situations with little oversight
  • Execute with a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion, high attention to details.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills. Communicate clearly, succinctly, and effectively.

The U.S. national hourly pay range for this role is

$16 to $55
