Position Summary

This role will support our Houston PRO Services shop located in Stafford, TX. Building on centuries of pump design experience, PRO Services provides an array of services focuses on reducing equipment total cost of ownership and increasing plant output, including condition monitoring, predictive maintenance contracts, field service, engineered upgrades, inventory management, and overhauls for pumps and other rotating equipment.
Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

Provide operational and Quality support for the facility. Coordinates incoming work with the customer and shop personnel.

Along with General Manager and Shop Foreman, develop & maintain the master production schedule to achieve on-time deliveries & customer satisfaction.

Assist shop engineers with acquiring quotes from vendors which includes issuing and expediting purchase orders to vendors.

Responsible for entering all parts and pump orders in the Vantage System and completing shop packages.

Order entry and job records maintenance including ePrism quote and Vantage order program management, internal job leger maintenance and paper file completion and management (for the year and long term)

Proactively monitor and maintain inspection sheets for on-site equipment such as cranes, tow motoes, and paint booth.

Support Quality processes including reporting monthly metrics, quality training and stand up meetings, records maintenance, and managing completed job files.

Support activities surrounding ISO compliance and recertification including instrumentation calibration schedule and leger maintenance. Responsibility for yearly internal and bi-yearly external ISO audit preparation and execution.

Champion LEAN initiatives, including Kaizen events, metrics and reporting.

Provide administrative support for shipping & receiving as well as general office administration.
Position Requirements

Education:

High School diploma

Experience:

2-3 years minimum experience in equipment repair industry

PC Proficiency

ISO experience preferred

Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Effective communications skills with internal & external customers

Experience implementing and following organizational policies, procedures, and programs

PC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, AS400, GroupWise

Strong Interpersonal skills

Strong Organizational skills

Decision-making skills

Multitasking
