Job Title: Contract Administrator

Location: Loxahatchee, FL

Salary: $19-21 per hour, Monday-Saturday

Ultimate Staffing has been contracted by our client, a leading residential home builder in the Loxahatchee area, to assist in the recruitment of a talented Contract Administrator. Our client is a prominent residential home builder specializing in crafting high-quality homes in the picturesque Loxahatchee area. Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to join our client's team. The Contract Administrator will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth execution of contracts, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Contract Management: Manage all aspects of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Documentation Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other related documents.

Compliance Monitoring: Monitor contract compliance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and deadlines.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries and communication, both internally and externally.

Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and issues related to contracts and work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve contract management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate successful contract execution.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance, and key metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.

Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of residential construction processes and terminology is a plus.
