Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: San Diego

Pay Rate: $22 to $25 per hour

Hours: Full-time, on-site. Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

Provide a wide range of administrative support for various departments

Greet and check in visitors

Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls

Conduct inventory of office supplies

Maintain reception area

Assist with front office management

Manage incoming mail and emails

Create document, letters, and reports

Enter purchase orders and invoices

Audit and prepare records

Maintain recordkeeping system

Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

3+ years of related administrative experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Must have Sage 300 experience

Service Trade experience preferred, not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook

High School Diploma or equivalent
