Requirements for the positions are:

• Graduate degree in Discipline
• A minimum of 2 years' experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education, with the ability to create and maintain an environment which emphasizes learning and encourages free discussion of ideas and critical thinking.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Online teaching experience
• Experience with teaching adult learners
