Compensation: $27.27/Hour - Dependent on Licensure

The ACI Supervisor supervises a person-centered integrated team responsible for providing assistance via Compass Health Network’s Crisis Line and Mobile Outreach Team. The ACI Supervisor is responsible for ensuring Crisis Line Clinician’s direct callers to the appropriate service or resource and mobile outreach responds as needed. ACI Supervisor will ensure documentation is thorough, completed in a timely fashion and will provide support, guidance, and feedback to staff in a timely manner. Hours are 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM, Saturday/Sunday. 

Responsibilities Include: 

• Provide supervision of Crisis Line and Response Clinician’s to include at least one hour of face-to-face individual supervision, daily availability for consultation, and ongoing opportunity for skill development/training
• Lead weekly team meetings
• Ensure appropriate documentation and recording occurs within Compass Health’s electronic medical record per policy
• Ensure culturally competent services are provided to meet the unique cultural needs of each caller and individual we serve
• Be knowledgeable of other human/social services for purposes of referral if Compass Health is unable to provide a service and maintain documentation of such referrals
• Function as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Work to ensure all hotline shifts are covered
• Collaborate with community partners as necessary

 

 

 

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field required
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• At least three (3) years experience working in behavioral health and (1) year supervisory experience required
• Working knowledge of DSM-V required

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

PLPC, LPC, LMSW or LCSW preferred

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

• Oversees day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees
• Completes performance development/AIM process
• Time card management – manages time sheets
• Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals
