Our client in Avon, OH is seeking a part time detalied orientated individual to join their team as a Billing and Accounts Receivable Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing processes while maintaining strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with the monthly client invoicing process as requested, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Send and track invoices to clients with specific processing requests, adhering to established procedures.
- Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding payments via email and personal phone calls, maintaining professionalism and rapport with clients.
- Assist with client account analysis to identify the timing of retainer replenishment requests, optimizing cash flow management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing inquiries or disputes promptly and efficiently, fostering a cohesive work environment.
- Maintain meticulous records of billing activities, including follow-up on new client engagement letters and retainer requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
