RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client of Kforce in the Burlington, MA area has requested assistance in identifying a talented Accounts Receivable Accountant with an AR/Collections focus to assist the accounting team until the end of 2024.Day-to-day will include but not be limited to:- Accounts receivable reconciliations
- Filling in when needed
- Bank reconciliations as needed if time permits
- Scanning documents into system
- Email and call customers to drive down AR
- Clean up work on old balances
- Reach out to get various departments to get information on customer
- Ensure client contact information is updated and accurate
- Conduct research
- Aging reports
- Debits and credits
- Booking journal entries
- Understanding the credit process
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Accounting required
- Ability to do VLOOKUP's and Pivot tables
- General basic accounting skills and understanding
- Know what an RMA is
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Quick learner
- Oracle Fusion experience a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
