We are assisting our client, a publicly held pharmaceutical company based in Cambridge, with an opening for an AP & Payroll Specialist. Interested candidates should have prior AP and Payroll experience, however they will consider experienced AP candidates who are comfortable working with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups that are willing to learn the Payroll function. Prior experience working with Coupa and NetSuite is highly preferred. This will start out fully remote and eventually become a hybrid once the office opens back up.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily invoice processing in Coupa.
- Confirm nvoices receive the appropriate approvals.
- Code transactions and allocate to the appropriate department.
- Work closely with vendors to address any issues and document any vendor changes.
- Reconcile the corporate credt card and assist with expense reporting review.
- Assist with quarterly tax filings.
- Help prepare bi-weekly payroll for the US and UK.
- Support the team with month end close projects.
