Accounting Clerk opportunity for locally owned organization in North Fresno. This is a full time, on site role.

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for all accounts payable functions and Accounts Receivables ncluding but not limited to processing invoices, cutting checks, reconciling vendor statements, and monthly AP accrual. Collections, and aging reports, and posting payments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle the accounts payable responsibilities including but not limited to:
• three way matching,
• processing invoices into system,
• cutting checks to vendors,
• reviewing payable statements,
• handling vendor payment inquiries,
• processing the monthly AP accrual,
• process and review the expense reports
• process and review the credit card statements,
• Vendor Set Up,
• ACH / Wire process.
• 1099 Year-end filing process.
• Assist audit process as requested by supervisor.
  
  Education Requirements & Experience Qualifications:
  
  
• Associates Degree in Accounting and 2 years of related accounting experience
• *OR
• 4 years of related accounting experience
• Minimum 2 years of related accounting experience
• Experience in a high volume accounting environment, construction industry is a plus
