What you'll do

• You will report to the Accounting Manager and will work with a dynamic team of Accountants who are committed to giving excellent customer service and providing the most accurate and up-to-date information to internal customers
• Receive data and prepare billing from multiple servers/metrics for invoicing
• Prepare final invoices for mailing along with applicable supporting documentation
• Review month over month data for billing discrepancies and investigate and resolve customer inquiries for internal and external customers
• Work with Account Managers to resolve unauthorized deductions and disputes
• Resolve payment discrepancies and attend new product meetings to provide item codes and processing file requirements
• Prepare Postage Escrow reconciliations and help with month end close tasks and with internal/external audits

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• 4+ years of related accounting experience
• Experience using Oracle ERP system
• Familiarity with accounts receivable functions and experience using multiple methods of invoice delivery i.e., USPS, email customer designated portals

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$19.10-$30.56

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
