Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Maintain and manage financial records with precision and accuracy
• Process invoices, payments, and ensure timely collections
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with a sharp eye for detail
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes
• Utilize SAGE software for financial reporting and day-to-day accounting tasks

Who You Are:

• Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy in every task
• Experienced in AP/AR functions with a solid understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in SAGE software or a similar accounting platform
• Possess a bubbly, outgoing personality that thrives in a team-oriented environment
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues alike

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Experience with SAGE or similar accounting software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
