Accountant If you are a Accountant with experience in the Jacksonville, FL area, please read on!
What You Will Be Doing Maintaining monthly detailed records for all accounts payable and receivable. Assisting with annual and monthly budgets. Preparing and submitting all bills, recipes, and invoices. You will be inputting subcontracts, purchase orders ,and adjustments. Processing all payments and ensuring all accounts are up to date. Reviewing cost codes for accuracy. Reconcile open balances with purchase orders and subcontract books.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of experience
BS in Accounting
-Experience in Construction Industry
